1.Who we are
WesGlobal Learning ("we", "us") runs this learning platform. By creating an account or buying a video you agree to these Terms.
2.Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Accounts are for one person. Sharing a login, or streaming on more than two devices at the same time, isn't permitted.
3.Buying videos
Each video is sold on its own. The price, and whether access is lifetime or by subscription, is shown on the video page before you pay.
Payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store your full card details.
4.Licence to use content
When you buy a video you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it and use its job aids for your own learning and work.
You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share videos, transcripts or downloads.
5.Acceptable use
Don't attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the site, or use the platform for anything unlawful.
6.Changes and updates
We may update videos to keep them current. You get updated versions of videos you own at no extra cost.
We may update these Terms; we'll post the new version here and tell you about material changes.
7.Liability
Content is provided for education. It is not legal, audit or professional advice for your specific organisation. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the video concerned.
